Virginia is a native Long Islander and long time resident. A pioneer in the real estate industry in this area with 40 years of experience she has worked hard to develop a true professional approach to the business. She lives in a lovingly restored 18th Century Village home. She has five grown children, fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys traveling, antiquing, cooking and vacationing with her family in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Let her knowledge and expertise work for you.

Michael E. O'Dwyer is a licensed Real Estate Broker with over 28 years experience in the business. Michael grew up surrounded by the business and is currently a partner in the family owned company. His interest in history and the local community have been a tremendous asset to his career. With his own personal experience Michael is specifically helpful in marketing Historic Properties. He currently serves on the board of the Three Village Historical Society and has personally restored several 18th and 19th century homes. Michael lives in Stony Brook with his wife and two daughters in a circa 1830 home. He is a dedicated, hard working individual who listens to the needs of his customers and clients. He believes in the importance of repeat and referral business. Over the years Michael has sold many families their third or fourth home. He finds great satisfaction in marketing or locating that "perfect property".

Elvira Arelt has been a resident of Stony Brook for over 42 years. She has a h4 background in Personnel and Business management. Her career in Real Estate began in 1986 covering residential sales on the North Shore from Smithtown and Three Villages, extending as far east as Wading River. She holds a NYS Real Estate Broker's license and membership in the National Realtors, NYS Association of Realtors and the Long Island Board of Realtors. Elvira has donated her time and dedication to the Community by participating in organizations such as the Retirees Association of Three Village Central School District (past president), Three Village Historical Society, Neighborhood House Association, the Museums of Stony Brook, and the Ward Melville Heritage Organization.

Gail Bratone has been a Licensed Real Estate Associate in the area for over 25 years and is a life long resident of the Port Jefferson & Three Village area. She left teaching to raise her family and then later chose to go into Real Estate because she enjoys working with people and the challenge of matching the right person to the right home. Her hobbies include golf, bridge, travel and gardening. She has been and active member of the Old Field Club, Nissequoque Club and Stony Brook Yacht Club for many years.

Sue has been with Virginia O'Dwyer Real Estate since 2001 and has over 8 years of real estate experience in the Three Village area. Prior to her career in real estate, Sue was a principal consultant at CSC Consulting, a global information technology and management consulting firm in Boston and New York City . Sue graduated from Boston College from the School of Management with a concentration in Computer Science. Sue currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Three Village Tennis Club, as well as the Setauket Neighborhood House. She was raised in Setauket and currently resides in Old Field South with her husband and two daughters.

Frances Gates has been a Licensed Broker Associate since 1992 on the North Shore of Suffolk County in the Stony Brook Area. Frances graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University where she was also a member of the Crew Team. She currently resides in Port Jefferson Village. As a part of her active life on Long Island, Frances has held many positions in local volunteer and community service organizations such as: Three Village Meals on Wheels (Past President); Port Jefferson Lions Club (Past President and current Board Member); New York State and Bermuda Lions Clubs (Zone Chairman for District 20S); and also Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Suffolk County LIONS Diabetes Education Foundation, Inc. Frances is also a member of other professional organizations such as National Association of Realtors and Long Island Board of Realtors as well as being a Certified Buyer Representative. Barbara Grannis has lived in Stony Brook since 1971 and has worked in real estate for the past twelve years. She thinks this is a wonderful place to live, citing its natural beauty, rich cultural offerings, beautiful historic structures, outstanding schools, moderate climate and proximity to New York City as excellent reasons to make a home in the area. She particularly enjoys working with first-time home buyers, hoping to introduce the pleasures of living in this community to all her customers.

Marilyn Hutton - Broker Associate has been in real estate for over 30 years. She enjoys the fast pace of Real Estate and that every day is different. Anna Kerekes has been a licensed real estate broker for over 30 years. She was born and raised on Long Island and graduated from Hofstra University . She has lived in the Three Village area since 1966 and raised four sons here. She loves the area and stays active in the community. She is a trustee of the Ward Melville Heritage Organization and the current president of the Three Village Lending Aids for the Sick. She is also a member of the Old Field Club and an enthusiastic supporter of local charitable organizations like the Walk for Beauty and Gallery North Art Show. Her hobbies include bridge, tennis and the arts.

Marta Kevey has over 35 years of real estate experience in the Three Village area. She has worked for Virginia O'Dwyer Real Estate since 2001. Marta's exceptional customer service skills have resulted in high levels of repeat business and referrals. A native of Hungary , Marta speaks fluent Hungarian and German. She has been a resident of Setauket since 1960 when her husband took an engineering position at Brookhaven National Laboratory. She currently resides in Old Field South and is an active member of the Three Village Tennis Club.

Rose joined the staff 6 years ago. Rose brings to the office her experience in the Real Estate and Legal fields. She is responsible for maintaining daily office operations, oversees the coordination of our advertising campaigns, and provides support to agents and customers. Rose is married to her husband Bob for 31 years and has 2 daughters.
